Stacey Alcorn is the founder, CEO, and Chief Happiness Officer of LAER Realty Partners. She built her career from mortgages into real estate leadership, founded LAER in 2014, and continues to coach, speak, write, and teach on business growth, mindset, and success.
A career built on growth, reinvention, and big vision
Stacey began her career in the early 1990s processing mortgages while paying her way through college. She later moved into real estate ownership in 2000 by acquiring a small 11-agent office and growing it into a 14-office company across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
During that same period, she attended the Massachusetts School of Law and passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam in 2007. In 2014, she founded LAER Realty Partners, an independent brokerage built around attracting top-performing agents and giving them the tools, structure, training, coaching, and support to build extraordinary businesses and lives.
Today, Stacey continues to lead LAER while also coaching brokerage leaders, delivering keynotes and workshops, publishing thought leadership, interviewing high achievers, and teaching on topics that bridge business performance, mindset, and personal growth.
