LAER Gratitude List - Day 5

Stacey Alcorn

Today I dedicate the LAER Gratitude Blog to the hundreds of team members who constantly go the extra mile to make our company a special place to work.  Here are just a few examples, but there are literally hundreds each week when you look closely at the fabric of our community.

The picture below is LAER Realty Partners in Billerica. The reason it's all decked out for fall is because Kim Cook spent hours sprucing up the yard. That's right, in between selling about $15M a year in real estate, she decorates the office (inside and out), always going way above and beyond to make the Billerica office shine. Thank you Kim!

Lisa Perruccio, our Creator of First Impressions in East Longmeadow, constantly bakes fresh cakes and cookies for her office. As well, she goes the extra mile to make sure the office is stocked with pumpkin spice whipped cream for the agents' coffee, and, so there's always a homey feel, she always serves her guest and team members in glass mugs only.

East Longmeadow isn't the only office that gets fresh baked treats on a regular basis. Thanks to Linda Andries there's always something good to eat in Leominster.  Fresh baked breads, chocolate dipped fruits, if you have a sweet tooth, Leominster is an office you must keep on your bucket list.

If you love Halloween, Dracut was decked out in full spirit this year thanks to Jesse Malzone who brought in decorations and spruced up our Dracut lobby for all to see.

LeeAnne Trohon in Danvers recently became a Buffini Mentor, because there's no better way to become stronger at your job than helping others become stronger at theirs.

Recently, after announcing our new partnership with Pacy Law, Kimberly Bagni, reached out to Eric within five minutes of the announcement, inviting him to a meeting and offering her support in any way she could.

Ryan and Megan Winslow, recognizing the need for a new conference table in Worcester, found one online, drove two hours to CT to purchase it, and when it broke it transit, went to Westborough to buy yet another one.

Mary Beth Buliung from our Ross Mortgage family recently designed and decorated our new Franklin office.

There are literally hundreds of selfless acts of giving back within the LAER community each week. There is a popular saying that "Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can change the world."  I believe this to be true. I also know that small acts, when multiplied by hundreds, can change a company too.

Thank you for all the little things you all do to make our LAER community great.
