2018 Gratitude Day 4

Stacey Alcorn

Today's gratitude post is dedicated to mere moments in time. My weekdays start out at 5:30 am at Hot Vinyasa Flow yoga class with a spiritual guru named Kimsokun Ket. The one hour class includes yoga, meditation, OM vibration, essential oils for grounding, and mindfulness checks. It is the most important one hour of my day because it's the time where I clear out my mind, re-balance my breathing, and prepare myself for a new day. One of the greatest challenges for me is the ability to stay present. Yet, being present is the key to deeper relationships. Furthermore, I have found that the relentless practice of meditation and yoga has allowed me a deeper connection to the universe, therefore allowing me to make smarter intuitive business decisions and further enhancing my ability to manifest the right opportunities and people into my life. There are definitely days and sometimes weeks when I don't want to get out of bed at 5:00 a.m. to make a 5:30 yoga and meditation class, yet I keep on showing up, because the benefits have altered the course of my life exponentially. Once you have had the opportunity to tap into the universal consciousness, there's no going back. If you are skeptical, I get it. I was too once. But now, my daily practice of meditation and yoga is one of those things for which I am most grateful

By the way, I'm excited to announce that Eleana Conway of Restore Meditation in Woburn is going to open our sales rally on November 15th with a simple meditation that will help you really absorb all the great things you will experience at our rally.
