What Is DepositLink?
DepositLink is a technology platform LAER uses to securely collect escrow deposits. Instead of paper checks, DepositLink creates an ACH withdrawal from the buyer’s account and deposits the funds directly into LAER’s escrow account.
Step 1: Watch for Your Invite
Agents are automatically invited to DepositLink when joining LAER. Check your LAER email.
Step 2: Set Your Password
If you didn’t receive the email, simply reset your password to access your account.
Step 3: Send the Request
Request deposits or share the payment link with your client.

- Create and confirm password
- Log in
Important Things to Know
- You will never see the client’s banking information
- Buyer and seller contact info is protected
- You receive email confirmation when funds arrive
- Bookkeeping is automatically notified
Fees
The buyer pays an $18 fee per transfer (up to $250,000).
Co-broke commissions can be sent via DepositLink at no cost.
