Candi Barker

Meet Candi Barker, a dedicated real estate professional fueled by a passion for helping people find their dream homes, whether it’s their first purchase, a vacation retreat, or a new place to call home. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate arena throughout New England, Candi has honed her skills not only by assisting in running Real Estate Investment and apartment owners' association meetings but also by bringing a fresh, eager energy to the industry. Her background in hospitality as a top waitress taught her the importance of listening and client satisfaction, which seamlessly translates into her real estate career.

Candi's unique approach is centered around genuinely understanding her clients' needs and guiding them through each step of the buying or selling process. Known for her positive attitude, kindness, and superb listening skills, she builds lasting relationships with her clients, ensuring each transaction is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Although she doesn’t specialize in a single area, her enthusiasm for learning and adaptability sets her apart in a constantly evolving market.

Outside of real estate, Candi is a high-energy individual who loves grounding herself with walks on the beach and hiking. Her zest for life is also evident in her love for live music and a little candlepin bowling. Whether she’s out dancing or reflecting atop a mountain, Candi brings the same "can do" attitude to everything she does, making her not only an exceptional agent but a delightful person to know.
