Edward Lee

I’ve held my real estate license since 2018 and am privileged to be part of LAER Realty Partners!  The tools, techniques, training, and support they provide enable us to deliver high levels of client satisfaction.  I’m fortunate to team with my very successful wife, Linda Lee – also a LAER agent, who has been in the real estate business for many years and has hundreds of satisfied clients.

I’m a lifelong learner and have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from UMASS as well as 2 Master's Degrees and a Doctorate of Education from Northeastern University and have taken relevant courses in contract negotiation, business law, marketing, and project management and finance.  I am also a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor (CS-066297) and Home Improvement Contractor (HIC-190135) and have an in-depth knowledge of building codes and local zoning laws.

I served my country for over 30 years as both an Air Force officer and civil servant and have moved around the country and remote parts of the world.  My military service has engrained the core values of “Integrity First!”, “Service before self!”, and “Excellence in all we do!” into my work ethic.

From a real estate perspective, I’ve bought and sold many houses, have hands-on experience with every aspect of housing construction and renovation, completely renovated several houses, and have experience as a landlord.

I understand that clients simply want an agent who is honest, has in-depth community and market knowledge, negotiates skillfully, provides sound advice, listens effectively to their needs, is personable, answers the phone when called, and responds to email in a timely manner.  Call me if you’d like to discuss your real estate needs.
