Buyer Agent: Kristin is looking for a full-time buyer agent to service her real estate buyers. This person must be available 7 days a week, especially on weekends for hosting open houses (sometimes 4 open houses per weekend). This buyer agent will NOT need to buy expensive lead programs and will not need their own large sphere of influence, since there is a steady flow of incoming buyer leads from Kristin's listing inventory. The perfect buyer agent for Kristin's team is someone who loves the real estate business, and who is detail oriented when it comes to paperwork, returning calls, and follow up. If you are currently a licensed agent, who wishes to significantly grow your business, this may be a great fit. Commission split is a scaled split that starts at 50/50 and increases throughout the year as volume rises. The firm does have plenty of training, and, the agent will have one on one mentorship from one of the highest producing agents in the industry.
Operations Manager: Kristin is also hiring a full-time operations manager for her team. Duties include, managing all team real estate transactions, customer follow up, and marketing. Applicants need to have great people skills and a full understanding of how each real estate transaction progresses from start to closing. As well, a large part of the job will include marketing, mailings, and brochure design and so this position requires an understanding of MS Publisher, MS Word, and Excel. Pay structure is $35,000 to $50,000 per year including salary, bonus, and overrides.
