Requirements:

We are seeking a mortgage partner that is committed to the partnership. We want a mortgage team that considers themselves part of the LAER family, thereby showing up to events, training programs, and parties. We prefer to have a partner that can do mortgages in New England and Florida so that only one partner is necessary for the entire company. As well, we are actively expanding throughout the country and so a willingness to add additional state licenses where needed is vital. We also love when our mortgage team not only supports our agent base but also supports our other preferred partners including Coast to Coast Closings and NuWorld Title. We are open to a marketing arrangement or Joint Venture.
